I know I need to be taking collagen at my age (51), but it’s important to me to find a clean product with no filler that I can easily add to my daily drinks. I love that this checks those boxes. I don’t have to make a smoothie with this, I can dissolve it into my water with my electrolytes and there is no clumping and no strange flavor. It’s so easy to use that I never skip it!

When I first started taking this I wasn’t really sure if it was working, I suffer from some joint pain and pain in my thumbs which is most likely arthritis, I am 56 years old and my mom had the same thing.
