1/4 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup nut butter of choice
1 pinch of salt (optional)
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper, or you can use small individual muffin cups or molds.
- On stovetop, melt all ingredients until well blended.
- Pour into pan (or individual cups/molds) and freeze until set, around 30 minutes.
- Cut into squares, or remove from molds.
