We do our best to ensure that all of your orders arrive together. However, depending on the amount of stock at our various fulfillment centers, orders may arrive separately from our different centers.

Orders within the US typically ship out within a few days and arrive within one week if you choose standard shipping, and within 3-5 days if you choose expedited. Due to the Covid-19, many carriers are overwhelmed by increased demands and therefore intermittent delays may occur.

Orders shipped within the Continental US over $50 have free shipping! For orders under $50, shipping within the US depends on the type of product and is calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is between $5.95 and $6.95. Expedited shipping is a flat rate of $11.95 within the Continental US.

Shipping to Canada is calculated at checkout.

Yes, we ship to many international countries and regions. However, product availability may vary depending on the destination due to local regulations.

For most international destinations, the total cost shown at checkout includes all applicable shipping fees and duties through our international shipping partner. The amount you see at checkout is the total you will pay.

For shipments to Canada, customs duties or import fees may occasionally be assessed upon arrival. These charges are determined by Canadian customs authorities and are outside of our control.

We strongly believe in our products, however because our products are all natural we have a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase we cannot provide a refund. Please check out our Refund Policy page to learn more.

You may see a Proposition 65 (Prop 65) notice on some of our products if you’re in California. This label is part of a California “right-to-know” law — it’s not a food safety warning.

What does that mean?

Many of our products are made with organic, plant-based ingredients grown in nutrient-rich soil. As plants grow, they naturally absorb minerals and trace elements from the earth. This can include very small, naturally occurring amounts of elements like lead, which are commonly found throughout the environment.

California’s Prop 65 law requires a warning label if these naturally occurring amounts exceed an extremely conservative legal threshold — one that is much stricter than federal FDA safety standards. Importantly, this threshold is a labeling requirement, not a determination that a product is unsafe.

Our most recent test results confirm that our products are well below the conservative chronic oral safety limits established by the American Herbal Products Association (AHPA).

Based on recognized industry toxicology standards, our products have a strong safety profile.

To put this in perspective, many everyday foods — including vegetables like spinach or Brussels sprouts — can naturally contain higher levels of these same trace elements than what triggers a Prop 65 label, yet they’re sold without warnings.
