Ingredients
- 1.5 cup sweet potato puree
- 1/2 cup nut butter of choice
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1 serving unflavored or chocolate Alaya Multi Collagen protein powder
- 1/4 cup cocoa
- 1/2 cup maple syrup or raw honey
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon organic ground coffee
- ¼ cup 85% dark chocolate chips
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 F.
- Mix all ingredients, except for chocolate chips and cacao nibs, together in baking bowl.
- Then, stir in chocolate chips and cacao nibs.
- Pour into 9x9 baking pan lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes.
- Let cool for an hour. Enjoy!
