Peanut Butter Love Smoothie Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 pack organic mixed frozen berries
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ½ ripe banana
- 1 scoop of vanilla collagen
- 1 tablespoon cacao nibs
- 1 tablespoon dried coconut shreds (unsweetened)
- 1 tablespoon organic peanut butter

Directions:
- Put banana, berries, milk, and collagen into a blender. Blend 'till smooth!
- Pour into a bowl and top with cacao nibs, coconut, and peanut butter. Enjoy!
Nutty Oatmeal Bowl
Ingredients:
- 1 packet of organic instant oatmeal (your flavor of choice)
- ½ cup milk of choice
- ½ teaspoon Ceylon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon crushed pecans
- ¼ cup organic blueberries
- 1 teaspoon super seed blend (with chia, flax, hemp seeds)
- 1 scoop unflavored collagen
Directions:
- Put milk and oatmeal in bowl. Microwave for 1 minute.
- Remove from microwave and add in cinnamon, seed mix and collagen. Stir thoroughly.
- Top with blueberries and pecans. Enjoy!
