    These no-bake protein bars are a nutritious, easy-to-make snack packed with wholesome ingredients- no artificial additives! Soft, chewy, and naturally sweetened, they provide a perfect balance of protein, fiber, and healthy fats. Customize with your favorite mix-ins like dried fruit, chocolate chips, or nuts. Simply mix, press into a pan, and chill before slicing. Store in the fridge for up to two weeks or freeze for longer. Perfect for on-the-go energy or a post-workout boost!

    Ingredients:

    • 1 1/2 cups old-fashioned rolled oats (we like One Degree - it's organic & glyphosate free!)
    • 3/4 cup peanut butter, or favorite nut butter 
    • 1 ripe banana, mashed
    • ½ cup ground flax seed
    • 1/3 cup honey, agave or real maple syrup
    • 1 cup Alaya Whey Protein Powder
    • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
    • Pinch of salt 
    • 3/4 cup Mix in options: dried fruit (blueberries, cranberries, or raisins), mini chocolate chips, chopped dates, unsweetened coconut flakes, nuts

    Directions:

    1. Stir all ingredients together until fully combined. The mixture should be soft and hold together without being dry or crumbly. If needed, add a small amount of water, or an extra drizzle of honey to achieve the right consistency.

    2. Press the mixture firmly into an 8×8-inch pan, ensuring an even layer. Refrigerate for at least an hour before slicing into bars.

    3. Keep stored in the refrigerator for up to two weeks or freeze for 3-4 months.
