    An easy, no-bake recipe to keep you energized  throughout the day.
    Makes 25 balls
     
    Ingredients:
    • 2 cups oats
    • 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin puree
    • 1/4 cup  peanut butter
    • 1/4 cup chia seeds
    • 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
    • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon 
    • 1/2 cup maple syrup 
    • generous pinch of salt
    • 1 scoop unflavored Alaya Naturals Multi Collagen Powder
    • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

    Directions:

    1. Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor until well-mixed.
    2. Add chocolate chips and pulse a few more times.
    3. Roll mixture into 25 balls. 
    4. Optional: Roll balls in shredded coconut or nuts to coat.
    5. Freeze until solid and store in the freezer or refrigerator.
