Ingredients:
- 1 serving Alaya Naturals Whey Protein powder
- 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk (or water)
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup toppings such as granola, puffed quinoa, dried fruits and nuts
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients (except toppings) in a blender.
- Serve in a large bowl and sprinkle with your favorite toppings.
