    Are you a sweet or spicy kind of person? Either way we have you covered with 2 different ways to make carrot chips! Try them both and enjoy! :)

    Ingredients:

    SWEET CARROT CHIPS

    • 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced at an angle
    • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
    • pinch of kosher salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    • 1/2 teaspoon raw brown sugar

    SPICY CARROT CHIPS

    • 3 carrots, peeled and thinly sliced at an angle
    • 1/2 tablespoon melted coconut oil
    • pinch of kosher salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper 

    Instructions:

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
    2. Combine carrots in bowl with all ingredients. Toss well to coat.
    3. Transfer to the baking sheet and arrange in a single layer.
    4. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes.
    5. Remove from oven and enjoy!
