I first heard of this product and Alaya Naturals through Jillian Michael’s book. This is a quality product! I add to frozen fruit and almond milk to make protein packed meal supplement, pre-workout or post work out smoothie. Digestive enzymes and gluten free product help avoid bloating and unpleasant side effects. Vanilla and chocolate flavoring are both good and tastier than other plant based protein powders.
