An easy, no-bake recipe to keep you energized throughout the day.
Makes 25 balls
Ingredients:
- 2 cups oats
- 1/2 cup canned organic pumpkin puree
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- generous pinch of salt
- 1 scoop unflavored Alaya Naturals Multi Collagen Powder
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients (except chocolate chips) in a food processor until well-mixed.
- Add chocolate chips and pulse a few more times.
- Roll mixture into 25 balls.
- Optional: Roll balls in shredded coconut or nuts to coat.
- Freeze until solid and store in the freezer or refrigerator.
