Our Return Policy
We want you to feel confident trying Alaya Naturals. If a product is not the right fit for you, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.
How to Start a Return
Email us at help@alayanaturals.com with your order number and our team will guide you through the process. We aim to make it as simple as possible. Please note that for orders shipped outside the United States, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email and process your refund to your original payment method. Most refunds are reflected within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, we recommend checking with your bank or card issuer first, as there is often some processing time before a refund is officially posted. If you have done that and still have not received your refund, please contact us at help@alayanaturals.com and we will look into it right away.
After 30 Days
We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for orders outside the 30-day window. If you have a question about your order, please reach out and we will do our best to help.
