Peach Vanilla Collagen Shake

It's almost summer time! And the summer fruit season is our absolute favorite season of the year -  filled with juicy, bright and fragrant melons, stone fruit, cherries and so much more. Because we are so excited, here's a new recipe to celebrate those mouth watering peaches that will be gracing your grocery shelves soon!

Ingredients

 

  • 1 cup frozen or fresh organic peach slices
  • ½ frozen banana
  • 1 scoop Alaya Grass-Fed Whey Protein (Vanilla) or Vanilla Collagen powder
  • ¼ cup gluten-free oats
  • ½ teaspoon raw honey
  • ¼ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup milk of choice (we used oat milk)
  • ½ cup of ice

Directions

 

  1. Put all ingredients into blender.
  2. Blend until smooth.
  3. Enjoy!
