Since taking this product for three weeks, I can already see the benefits. My skin, nails and hair seem to be getting better. My nails aren’t breaking. My skin is firmer and I see better texture. Less breakage in my hair when I brush. I will be ordering again.

I decided to try collagen for a few reasons. I heard it supposed to support gut health and good for hair and nails. I’ve always had fine, thin hair and my nails were dull and had ridges.
At first I thought it was my imagination, but at the age of 77 and a few months in of taking the collagen, my hair is noticeably thicker and fuller and my nails are definitely stronger and healthier. I’m amazed!

I have purchased canisters of both the chocolate and the unflavored collagen powders. I have bad back issues, lots of inflammation, and was hoping (okay, PRAYING) these would help me with the chronic pain and stiffness. Have been using for just about 3 months. While it MAY be helping those issues minimally, what I HAVE noticed is my skin clearing up (proud owner of 61 year old teenage acne skin). I was pretty distressed over the recent-ish skin issues (been about 3 years now), I just dawned on me last week that I haven't been having the multitude of new whiteheads every single day, down to maybe 2 or 3 per week now!!! So happy I gave it more time to start working for me! Have enjoyed all their products...recently started the colostrum as well, see if that boosts my energy or recovery time!

I started the Alaya collagen in March this year, 2025, and I will have to say that as an avid golfer, my game has improved by about 5 strokes. I have done nothing different to my game, but having a shoulder tear and arthritis, I have felt better playing and have had little need for NSAIDS. My skin is looking more vibrant, too!
