I just finished my first container of this, and I am feeling much better. I have arthritis in my right hand and was having a difficult time gripping things to pick them up. It even hurt to open my hand. Since being on this product for a month, it is so much better!
I've been using this for year. I put one scoop in my morning coffee and it dissolves instantly. I no longer have to wear gel nails because my own are so strong. Love it!

This is by far the best collagen I’ve ever tried. Been using approximately 6 months. Love the powder unflavored can mix with anything. I usually put a scoop in my coffee of tea first thing in the morning. For travel I used the capsules very convenient!!

Take it daily, but haven’t really noticed any difference yet, but maybe haven’t taken it long enough to notice yet. Only issue, I have it’s not tasteless, so I just add a little lemon juice and lime juice to it.
I have this each morning with my protein shake. I have noticed a difference in my nails and my hair.

It is easy to prepare in my coffee and it mixes in my coffee perfectly!
I really enjoy this product. I have noticed such a big difference in bloating. My stomach is almost flat again!! It is very gentle acting and easy to swallow.
