Started using Alaya 3 weeks ago.
My nails were the first to show how it is working. They are coming back stronger than before. They still break because of the work I do but not as badly as before. My hair feels a little different but because of the long length it usually I am sure that I won’t see much difference for at least another month or two.
My skin looks & feels smoother. I don’t have blotches much anymore.

I have had other collagen supplements, but this one doesn't have a horrible taste, it dissolves quickly and completely into my smoothie.

I have tried several collagen supplements and this is by far the best. I noticed a difference in my skin and nails within the first week of using it. 10/10 recommend!

I switched to Alaya’s collagen from another very expensive brand that was triple the cost… But this collagen works just as well and I see incredible improvements in my skin, stronger/longer nails, my hair is regrowing, and I notice a difference in my joints in the gym! All of the flavors taste great as well :) I mix the raspberry lemonade flavor into plain water with my electrolytes, and I like to mix the chocolate one into my smoothies and protein drinks. 10/10 would recommend! 5 ⭐️s!
