My knees used to “snap, crackle, and pop” when I would bend. I’ve been taking Alaya’s Collagen capsules for quite some time now and I don’t hear a sound coming from my knees now!

I've nearly completed my first bottle of the collagen capsules. Though I haven't notice a complete difference in any of the products stated transformation I'm only hoping it will take only another bottom for the rewards start to show themselves, I have much faith in this product that I've ordered multiple different supplements.

I was used to go going to the bathroom about once a week. I know, I know… not normal. I decided to give this a try and it has helped TREMENDOUSLY. Going from once a week to once a day. I feel so much better. If you’re skeptical give it a try. It doesn’t make me feel boated or gassy. It’s gentle on the stomach. Love these products!

I've been using this product for a couple of months now. I can't give any specifics that it's helped but I'm sure it has been helpful with my gut issues. I have diverticulosis and it seems to help keep it at bay.
Besides this I take a combination supplements so it's hard to say what is doing what! The price is right and doesn't break the bank. I don't seem to have any ill side affects when taking it. I'll continue to take it!

There's no unpleasant aftertaste, and I mix it with Alaya Collagen in mine and my husband's smoothies every day. I feel like it gives me a great energy boost to power through my afternoons. My husband has noticed improvements in his gut health since adding this to his daily regime.

Absolutely love the vast daily routine that I have from Alaya but the berry greens wasn’t for me. It devolves good but the flavor wasn’t great!
