This collagen mixes up great in my morning coffee and has helped my joint pain and seems to help my hair and nails as well. I will continue to purchase this. I use the unflavored and it adds a nice smoothness to my coffee.

I love this collagen. It’s easy to fit into my supplement routine because it easily dissolves into my morning coffee and I can’t taste it. Added bonus: it adds 8 grams of protein to my breakfast routine, helping me to hit my high protein intake each day. I’ve been taking collagen for years. I was still having quite a bit of joint pain in my hands so decided to try a new brand. I’ve always liked Jillian Michaels so decided to try Alaya. I noticed a difference after just a week of use. It was a little more expensive than what I was using but with the added glucosamine and MSM, I could stop taking that extra supplement and actually save a little. Also getting a little extra protein is always a plus. It mixes well in my coffee with no taste.

I am really enjoying the benefits of the product. The unflavored version doesn’t taste great blended in water but add it to coffee or tea and you can’t even notice the taste. I have noticed my skin clearing up and even my nails are getting stronger which is huge for me because I typically have really fragile nails. I am about to finish my current bottle so I am now ordering another and will also be trying the raspberry lemonade.

I've been using this collagen for several months now and I feel like it's really helping me...my knee pain has definitely improved...my nails are stronger and no longer break as they had previously...my skin seems clearer.
