Whey is one of the cleanest, most effective protein supplements to promote muscle growth, tissue repair, and fat loss. Whey’s secret weapon is a high concentration of leucine, the most important of the branched-chain amino acids for muscle support. Our whey protein is derived from grass-fed New Zealand cows who spend ninety percent of their time on pasture, ensuring the highest concentration of nutrients. It is easily absorbed, always hormone-free, and naturally sweetened with a subtle blend of stevia and monk fruit extract. Alaya Naturals’ whey is packed with natural goodness and free of artificial additives.

Our cells, organs, and systems are built with protein, and they need protein to function properly. When you ask more of your body in strenuous workouts, supplementing with protein helps you build lean muscle mass, burn fat, and recover quicker. Whey works so well because it has a high concentration of protein’s building blocks, essential amino acids, that are easily absorbed and used by the body. Research also suggests that consuming essential amino acids in whey is more effective than taking isolated amino acids, meaning that other nutrients in whey—especially grass-fed whey—work together to deliver more benefit to your muscles.

This is one of my favorite protein powders. The vanilla flavor is just enough to have with
unsweetened almond milk and taste great. Low calories. High Protein.
I have tried many brands of protein powder. I have never been a fan of vanilla flavor until this protein powder. It is so good. It had converted me to vanilla and I love the recipe they have on the website for coffee, banana, pb smoothie.
It mixes well in my smoothies and tastes good.
This is so yummy mixes well and goes with a ton of recipes !!!
I've tried several protein powders and I like this one enough to continue to reorder. It has a great texture when blended. It is sweetened with Stevia and Monk fruit which makes it a tad sweet for me but I use more tart or non-sweet ingredients to compensate. I also like the sourcing from grass-fed beef.
