How to Use

Collagen, Protein & Biotin

So far so good! The collagen & protein mixes well & I'm happy with both. I mix the collagen with my morning coffee & take 1 Biotin pill each morning. If I don't have coffee, then I'll add the collagen to my "drink" with consists of 1 packet EmergenC & a supplement powder or 2 that I use for fitness/running. It mixes well hot or cold but definitely better hot. Sometimes, I may have a second scoop of collagen late in the evening if I drink a cup of coffee. The protein tastes great as well. I mix with water, sometimes unsweetened almond or cashew milk, either alone or with some fresh or frozen fruit & ice. I may add a scoop of my beet powder or super greens & it all goes well together. I recommend. I have long fine hair & I think it helps. I'm 53 but I think I look & feel pretty good for this age. I'm very active, rarely get sore or cramps, etc. from my running or workouts. This is the best collagen I've used thus far.

Best tasting protein powder!

The vanilla flavor is seriously the best tasting protein powder I've ever had! It gives me lots of energy and keeps me full for at least a few hours. This is definitely going to be my go-to from now on. It's been surprisingly difficult to find a plant-based powder that tastes great and keeps me satisfied, until now!

Great taste with adequate protein

I love Alaya products, recently received the vanilla protein powder. Love that it has a whopping 22g of protein per scoop. It’s low in carbs, fats, and sugar and tastes great!!

Addictive - in a good way

I just LOVE the taste of both the Vanilla and the Chocolate. I like the Vanilla a tad more but alternate my subscription. Finally a product that is good AND tastes good. In addition Alaya always comes up with great promotions !!!!
