Chill Out Tonic

Ingredients

  • Long Steeped 1tbsp mugwort & 1 pinch dandelion root
  • Splash hot water *if needed 
  • Splash or two almond milk 
  • Tsp Raw honey 
  • 4-5 drops organic butterscotch stevia 
  • 1/4th Tsp MCT oil
  • 1/2 tbsp Ghee
  • 1tsp Ashwagandha
  • 1tsp Cordyceps

Directions

  1. Steep Tea - 1-2 hours 
  2. Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.
  3. Blend until frothy & enjoy!
