Chill Out Tonic

INGREDIENTS

Long Steeped 1tbsp mugwort & 1 pinch dandelion root

Splash hot water *if needed 

Splash or two almond milk 

Tsp Raw honey 

4-5 drops organic butterscotch stevia 

1/4th Tsp MCT oil

1/2 tbsp Ghee

1tsp Ashwagandha

1tsp Cordyceps

METHOD 

Steep Tea - 1-2 hours 

Combine all ingredients in a high speed blender.

Blend until frothy & enjoy!
