Krill oil is derived from the tiny marine animals that power many of the ocean’s biggest creatures, like the humpback whale. The many benefits of the essential fatty acids found in krill oil are well documented, but krill oil also has a unique reddish color that comes from astaxanthin, which is also a powerful anti-inflammatory. Much of the omega-3s in krill oil are in the form of phospholipids, molecules that are more easily absorbed into the bloodstream than some other marine sources. Krill oil is a comprehensively beneficial supplement, particularly helpful for joint pain and stiffness, cholesterol and triglyceride levels, mental clarity.

I love how small the capsules are and they ironically smell
Reduced cholesterol levels
Great product. Smell and taste good.
I have always been a fan of Alayan collagen, but a couple months ago, I decided to give it a try to the Krill oil, and I have noticed less pain in my joints and less inflammation. It’s amazing and it is now a daily supplement to my morning routines
For someone who has taken omega fish oils for years, I was hesitant on trying Krill. All the hype you hear about it is true, but then again it's the Alaya brand that does it best! No fish taste, and I feel much better before and after a workout. I feel like I can breathe easier and it certainly aids my recovery time.
