    Sometimes we need a little invigorating beverage to get us through the midday slump. But coffee is not always the right answer for our body or mind. This smoothie is the perfect antidote! The matcha gives a little kick, along with the cacao nibs and some natural sugars from the banana. It's quick and easy and will be sure to reset your day. 

    Ingredients

    • 1 ½ cups milk of choice
    • 1 frozen ripe banana
    • 1 cup spinach 
    • 1 tsp vanilla extract
    • 2 tbsp fresh mint 
    • 1 tsp matcha powder 
    • 1-2 tbsp cacao nibs
    • 1 cup ice 

    Directions

    1. Put all ingredients in a blender.
    2. Blend until smooth.
    3. Serve and enjoy!
