Cinnamon Bun Pancakes

Who says breakfast can't be healthy AND feel like a treat? Try these protein packed pancakes to see how you can feel indulgent while taking care of your body at the same time.

Serves 2

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops Alaya Naturals Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
  • 2 Tbsp. milk of choice – (I like oat, coconut, or organic regular)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
  • 1 mashed banana
  • Coconut oil spray
  • Optional: top with pure maple syrup or coconut yogurt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth.
  2. Spray a pan over medium-low heat with coconut oil. Add pancake batter and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes. 
  3. Optional: top with pure maple syrup or coconut yogurt.
