- 2 scoops Alaya Naturals Vanilla Whey Protein Powder
- 2 Tbsp. milk of choice – (I like oat, coconut, or organic regular)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1 mashed banana
- Coconut oil spray
- Optional: top with pure maple syrup or coconut yogurt
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and blend until smooth.
- Spray a pan over medium-low heat with coconut oil. Add pancake batter and cook on each side for 3-4 minutes.
